Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding the weekend. If an order is placed Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 48-72 hours for us to process your order.

If address changes need to be made to your order, please emails us within 6 hours of placing your order. If you fail to contact us with said changes, we will ship to the address provided.

You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to populate in USPS.

For international order, please allow 10-21 business days for you to receive your order

Depending on your country you may be responsible for custom fees for international orders. Bella Adore is not responsible for these fees
RETURN POLICY

If you have a change of heart not a problem you have 6 hours to notify us after this time all sales will be final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to sanitary reasons.

If a product is damaged (manufacturing damage), we will take responsibility and replace it once evidence of a damaged product is provided we will ship you out another unit. If you are local please stop by our store.

If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee for us to ship it again.
